THE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER AT BRONX COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Scope of work:
Construction of a new two-story, 15,000 square feet modular building. The which building houses the Bronx Community College Early Childhood Program, which provides child-care for BCC student-parents. The new facility, located on the campus, holds six classrooms, a multi-purpose room, offices and a lounge.
TMZ was retained as Structural Engineer and Engineer of Record for the design of foundations and superstructure. Prepared construction documents and specifications.
